1. Weekend Walk to End Women's Cancers: Vicki Yee (G Sport) and her gals will be selling Jello-Shooters again this year (luckily not on House's birthday). All proceeds go to help support this great cause. As some of you may notice, the walk was last weekend, but Vicki is still finishing up her fundraising so help support and have a shooter.
2. Golf Tournament (The Cove): There is a golf tournament coming up September 24th at McCleery Golf Course put on by none other than the Cove (Jeremiah's). The Cove proudly sponsors the Kids and there are spots available if you're interested in signing up -whether individually or as a team of 4. Costs are $110/person and that includes your golf, a snack after 9 holes and a steak & prawn dinner as well as a guaranteed prize! 3. Multiple Fields: Note that due to rescheduling of games from last week, the following games will be played on the far field (closest to 16th Ave):
- 1:30/2:00p - Dawgs vs Skeleton Crew (umpires required)
- 3:30/3:45p - Sexpos vs Kids (umpires secured)
4. VENUS / MARS Game: This game will take place this Sunday after the 4p games are completed. Girls - contact Laura Skelton for details. Gents - contact Jason House for details. This is all for fun and as per norm - Laura's rules control the fun! Stick around and have a great time! And for those that are sticking around - it would be great if you can help the Crew and the rest of the Venus/Mars participants clean up the field, pack up the gear and take care of the garbage.
