:: Week 4 - Match Ups and Vodka ::

Week 4 came in with a whimper (cold) and went out with a bang (great games)! A great day at the field all around, win or lose, and to add to it - some prizes were available to be won via the G Sports Sexpos fundraising efforts for Make-A-Wish and the SPFK tournament. Details for the draws are below. A handful of tough match ups this weekend...the "cold June" air had the games tight, the battles tough and the emotions running high and culminating in the "big game" - two time defending champs Dawgs taking on the former three time champs, Skeleton Crew. Rumor has it that the final game was a nailbiter and a battle to the bitter end, with the Skeleton Crew coming out on top 17-16 scoring the winning run in the bottom of the 7th.

UBC Golf Package Draw - Help the Kids Help the Kids!

The Kids Softball team is running a raffle of a UBC Golf Course Package which includes golf for two, 2 buckets of balls at the range and a power cart at UBC Golf Course (Value $200). Raffle tickets can be purchased at the Park (see Cathy).

All proceeds benefit the SPFK Make a Wish Foundation. The winning ballot will be drawn on July 8th at the ball park.
