:: Week 6 - Father's Day Miracles ::

Well, a day at the field that would confuse most - the sun was not there, it was there, it was there and cool, it was there and warm. Then it disappeared and left behind it's cold cousin. Brrr...oh, and there was some ball games played as well along with some addition fundraising for Make-A-Wish. The Abbies got into the win column with an extra-inning battle against the Nads and the day ended with the upstart Bears adding to their resume with an upset victory over the Dawgs (losers of 3 in a row for the first time in many years).

SEXPOS JELLO SHOOTERS
The Sexpos will be setting up a shooter bar on June 24th with a selection of flavoured jello shooters. All proceeds go to Make-A-Wish!
Shooters: $3/each of 2 for $5


UBC Golf Package Draw - Help the Kids Help the Kids!
The Kids Softball team is running a raffle of a UBC Golf Course Package which includes golf for two, 2 buckets of balls at the range and a power cart at UBC Golf Course (Value $200). Raffle tickets can be purchased at the Park (see Cathy) - 3 for $5 or $7 for $10.


All proceeds benefit the SPFK Make a Wish Foundation. The winning ballot will be drawn on July 8th at the ball park.

Wine Kit Raffle 
The Kids would like ton congratulate Brian Ellis on winning the wine raffle! 14 bottles of wine in a lovely wicket basket topped of a great Father's Day for Brian. Also, over $500 was raised by the Kids for the Make-A-Wish foundation. Great job!
