A confusing day in the sky was met with 4 hotly contested matches on Sunday, starting with the battle of the 5-3 teams, Riddlers and Dawgs. A tie game until late, the Dawgs exploded for 4 to take the win and move into sole possession of 3rd place. Next up was the Kids/Abbies game and it was an explosion of power, with the Kids fighting back for the win. After a break and a fun game (Bears in another league tournament), eyes were focused on the 1st vs 2nd match up between the Crew and the Sexpos and it lived up to the hype. A high scoring start was followed by shut down defense and a tying runner stranded on 2nd base as the Crew held on for a 10-9 victory and keep their undefeated season alive. The final game of the day had the Nads and Franchise throwing punch after punch until in the end, the Nads were left standing with a 14-12 win! Some shifting in the standings with 3 games to go before the playoffs.
