Well, week 7 had a little bit of everything. A mammoth comeback. A challenged forfeit. A tight battle. A blow out. And...the net result is a 4 way tie atop the standings - Corduroy, Dawgs, Kids, Sexpos...all 5-1. The battles are under intense pressure now...who can perform? That's why we play the games!
While I know the Corduroy team won't be happy with this, let it be known that according to Cliff Skelton, that was Laura's first home run of any sort since 1993. And it tied it up. For those not there, the Crew battled back from 15 down at one point and 9 down going into the bottom of the 7th. Corduroy had numerous chances to close it out, but Lady Laura Luck was on the side of the Crew (that and that damn Fireball!)
