:: Week 1 - A Mixed Bag ::

Well the season kicked into full swing on Sunday and we ended up with a mixed bag of results. The defending champion Dawgs capped the gorgeous day off with their 5th win in a row dating back to their championship run of 2011. The day started off with the Riddlers and Franchise battling it out followed by the big bats of the Crew taking out some aggression against the Abbies. The midday match up had the Sexpos battle back from a 2-run deficit in the bottom of the 7th to edge the pesky Nads, which leaves the other game of the day as the lone upset (although, after watching the Bears play - upset may not be the correct word). The Bears made their FBL debut to a round of applause from the many dozens of fans on hand and showed some serious game - defensively and on the bats - all adding up to an opening week victory.
